Аннотация

Балтийский регион и Черноморское пространство являются регионами, обладающими определенными политическими, историческими и культурными особенностями. Они принадлежат к единой геополитической системе, развивая в ее рамках регионального взаимодействия, складывающегося под политическим и экономическим воздействием как внутренних региональных процессов, так и внешних акторов. Цель данного исследования — провести сравнительный анализ политических и экономических факторов, влияющих на региональное сотрудничество в регионах Балтийского и Черного морей, а также дать обзор этих стратегических районов, выделив их сходства и различия.
