Аннотация

Статья посвящена инициативе ЕС «Северное измерение», в которой участвуют также Северо-Запад России, Норвегия и Исландия. Отмечается, что «Северное измерение» в теоретической перспективе может рассматриваться как часть стратегически связанных многоуровневых взаимодействий между государствами-членами ЕС и Россией. На этой основе анализируются последствия и эффекты стратегической взаимозависимости между всеми уровнями отношений России и Евросоюза.
