Аннотация

Судостроительные кластеры в регионе Восточной Балтики — в Эстонии, Финляндии и на Северо-Западе России — могли бы, по всей вероятности, извлечь значительную выгоду из активизировавшегося сотрудничества между странами. Однако до сих пор международные связи между кластерами остаются довольно ограниченными. Цель данной статьи — анализ предпосылок для интернационализации отличных друг от друга, но с практической точки зрения взаимодополняющих судостроительных кластеров трех стран. Статья представляет собой чисто теоретическое исследование, выполненное на основе данных, собранных из различных источников, включая статьи из журналов и СМИ, исследовательские отчеты, а также другие публикации. Результаты исследования указывают на то, что трехстороннее сотрудничество рассматриваемых кластеров имеет значительный потенциал в плане объединения различных областей знаний и опыта для создания многофункционального центра морского судоходства в регионе. Но реализация этой задачи связана с многочисленными трудностями, обусловленными в основном различиями структур кластеров трех стран и этапов их развития. Результаты проведенного исследования изложены в таблице.
